Janet has had the privilege of connecting with people of diverse abilities and backgrounds. Her deep passion for learning led her to work and travel to many different communities in Canada and around the world – gaining diverse perspectives and knowledge about different ways of being.

In her work with clients, Janet brings a trauma-informed, strength-based approach that nurtures self-awareness, self-expression, mindfulness, play, growth and resilience to lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives. She appreciates each person’s uniqueness and works alongside clients as a companion and advocate through their journey. She spends most of her time in Muskoka, Ontario where she is grateful to be a settler and of service to the community. In her spare time, she likes to write and play outdoors.
